DH quit his great paying job to go to one that payed 1/2 of it a few months after I quit work to stay home with dd. He also started school and we pay 1000 every 6 weeks, more than my mortgage! That's the background information. I went back to work to help pay bills and put dd in daycare, she's sick almost every week and unless she's sick for 1 week continuously I have to pay for daycare. DH applied for a job that if he gets will maybe let me stay at home. Hoping for some good vibes for a good win or that dh gets better paying job! Thanks!

edit: I'm not complaing that he wants to change careers just the time he chose to do it, I am lucky he's working though and not collecting unemployment in this bad but getting better economy

we are in a similar boat..me ..being the husband..going to school full time and working full time..my wife works full time and I have to pay daycare for 3 kids...my oldest is in 1st and my 2nd is in pre school..so my sitters have to bounce around....everything will work out..it just takes time and patience...here are my good vibes :halo: :gvibes: :gvibes: :gvibes: :gvibes: :gvibes:
don't fret...things tend to balance out in time...it really just takes time........and more importantly..are you still happy!? because in the end..happiness usualy takes care of the rest.

:gvibes: :gvibes: I so hope you get things where you want them to be...
I remember those days... lol.
I also should note- I realized a while back, some of those 'things' don't matter so much... paying extra on the mortgage was nice- but, raising these kids & keeping dh happy- is priceless!!! lol.
But, I'm sure you already know these things- just like me loved it in a certain way... Your day will come- when it does- pay it forward!!! :-)

I don't know the equation but I know that dh hated his job that he quit and was worried he wouldn't find a job right away, I wasn't he quite good at what he does, he looked into unemployment benefits. He figured he'd have gotten 1250 a month which is better than nothing.
