If anyone has changed service companies recently or has upgraded their Cingular phone, I am looking to purchases/trade for up to 2 phones in good working condition compatible with Cingular. We have lost 2 phones due to accidents and I can't really afford to buy two new ones. I am checking ebay and other places but I thought someone here might have recently changed service providers and might be interested in getting rid of their old phones. I also need a SIM card for cingular.

Oh, forgot to add, needs to be GSM compatible, not TDMA.

I recently switched from Cingular to using a tracfone.I was only using my phone for emergencies, and when I realized I was paying $35 a month for 10-20 minutes of airtime, and cannot use the phone at my own house, I decided to switch. I live in the one area in the entire state that will not pick up cell phone signals, except for TRACFONE! I have an older Nokia phone. It is Cingular compatible, and although It would take me a few days to locate it, I have an extra battery, and a $15 emergency battery, that has a 15hr life. I also have a charger cord. The phone has a different face plate, I bought a "prettier" one to put on it, but I might be able to find the original.

I got a great deal on the tracfone, because my mom bought one,and referred me. Then, we BOTH got 100 free minutes. If you, or anyone else would be interested in getting 100 free bonus minutes, pm me, and I can send you an email, that will give you an extra 100 free minutes on tracfone. In the end, I paid $40.00 for a phone, and 120 free minutes, which was a $40 free value. It's also a great thing for kids, to have an emergency phone, and you don't have to worry about them talking too much, and getting a suprise bill in the mail for $500(happened to my uncle).
