I did a search at All-recipe.com based on Low Carb and slow cooker. Here is the link. the lemon garlic chicken might be tasty.

I like to do Pot Roast in the crock pot with onions, garlic and Adolphs tenderizer, it falls apart when you take it out, it is soo good. I've started not doing carrots and potatoes with it, b/c the are so high in carbs.
