Foxwoods Is great!! The rooms are a little pricey if you don't have comp points to use. I'd love to get together but I work every Fri,Sat & Sun.

come too, but i dont drive. If there is someone close to my area and wants to split the gas money and room and wont mind coming to pick me up im all for it. ( Doubt anyone will do this though ) My b/f is out of state for october and november maybe even half of dec..his job is taking him away from me for awhile boohoo, a break from him is nice too though lol.

:laugh: I'll have to see...don't have alot of vacation time left this year to use though, and I work every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday night.

So my days off are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

But then again, I have the Navy Reserves one weekend a month which will free up a Friday night...but not sure when that is right now. :worry:

The reason we can't get a room on Nov 6th is that from Oct 25th - Nov 17th Foxwoods is hosting the world poker finals.

I checked for November 20, but the room rate is $275 a night. I also don't know if this is too close to holiday time for some. The link to check for hotel reservations at Foxwoods is below.

In the past, I have stayed at the Hilltop Inn which is about 5 minutes away. Their rooms are now $199/nite rack rate but sometimes they have internet specials. AAA $180 and AARP $160

You can also stay at the Marriott court yard which is 5 miles away from Mohegan sun- They have a van to take you to and from! I'm going to be up there on Nov. 6 & 7th!

Mohegan Sun weekend of Nov 6th and 7th Country Singers Chris Cagle (Saturday night) and Tracy Byrd (Sunday night) will be performing free shows in the Wolfden.

...just an idea...still not for sure if I'll be there that weekend...but I may.
