I tried making some chicken salad today with no mayo. I added onion, celery, grey poupon, and sweet relish. I wouldn't have known the difference if I had been eating paper. Anyone have a no mayo, low-fat chicken salad recipe that is tasty?? Thanks!

Try using the fat free Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. I've used it with tuna and it was quite good.
