View Full Version : Teriyaki Potatoes

1 1/2 lb. tiny new potatoes (about 10) or medium red potatoes (about 5)

1 TBSP margarine or butter, cut into pieces

1 TBSP teriyaki sauce

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp italian seasoning, crushed

Dash ground black pepper

Dash ground red pepper


Wash potatoes; scrub thouroughly with a vegetable brush. Cut tiny new potatoes into quarters or the medium potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Place potatoes in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add margarine or butter, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt; italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper. Toss to combine. Cover. Bake at 400 F for 45 to 60 minutes (until potatoes are tender).
Stir before serving.

Makes 5 side-dish servings.

That sounds so good! I have never tried adding teriayki sauce. I just love roasted baby reds! :cheer7: :cheer7: :cheer7:
