Gives us something to look forward to at the end of March.
In the meantime, the Sopranos are coming back March 7th I think. :cool2:

Yeah just had to tell DH it isnt on hes was a bit bummed. Bad timing on Keiffer's part I think he has a new movie out soon. I dont think this is the kind of publicity is good for promotion

FOX does this every season. It aggravates me because it is hard enough to keep up with the show when I watch it every week. I wish they would re air last week's episode the week before the new episode airs.

Did he really get in a fight? I hadn't heard about it.

Kiefer Sutherland took more knocks than usual this week--the 24 star was roughed up in a barroom brawl.

The altercation, totally unrelated to his TV role as CTU Agent Jack Bauer, sent the thesp to the doctor's office for six stitches on his face, according to his rep.

Sutherland's spokesperson wouldn't comment on what provoked the fight except to say, "He was defending himself."

Don't look for the sutures to make an upcoming appearance on the Fox series. Adjustments were made to the shooting schedule to give Sutherland's messed-up mug time to heal. Visit for more:

Production on the show has not been delayed, either. Even though the barfly bout took place earlier this week, Sutherland was back at work by Tuesday.

Making a slower recovery was the Canadian actor's ego. He purportedly apologized to the show's cast and crew for the production shuffle.


Sutherland's early screen credits include Stand By Me, Flatliners and A Few Good Men. But it was the Fox series 24 that resuscitated his recent straight-to-video career.

The 38-year-old has received an Emmy nomination and a Golden Globe Award in addition to critical acclaim for his portrayal of a put upon agent who's repeatedly forced to save the world within a day's time.

Next up for Sutherland, aside from aspirin and cold compresses, is a post-brawl gig as a presenter at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards Feb. 22. The ceremony will be broadcast live on TNT from Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium.

Then, on March 19, he'll be seen opposite Ethan Hawke and Angelina Jolie in the big-screen thriller Taking Lives, scheduled for a March 19 release.

I believe it's coming back 3/30. I love Kiefer; if I had another boy, i'd name him Kiefer. I tease my DH that I would run off with him if he asked me. Not really.

FOX is such a tease with this! I hate having to wait weeks to see 24, yet they do this to us every year. You would think we would have learned by now. :mad2:

Yes, 24 won't be back until 3/30. I only hope it is going to be pre-empted by March Madness (College Basketball), instead of more Reality TV crap!
