Last night about 9:30 p.m. I got several calls and the operator said "You have a collect call from an inmate at the Pinellas then a loud noise and couldn't hear anything. This happened 4 times and the last time the operator said "if you don't want anymore of these calls press the # key". Of course I didn't have my glasses on and pressed another key. So, being concerned I called the operator. She said that inmates in prison call people and ask them to call their home, etc. for several reasons. What they are really doing is getting your phone # so they can use it to make calls. I'm going to call the number later today and see what I find out. If it's anything else important I will post again. :mad2:
