NY Hotel Advice Needed, Badly!

Hi! I won a trip to NYC through Redbook, and they suggested the following hotels for us to stay in. Please let me know if you know anything about them. I am interested in the following things:

1. An extremely quiet place to stay

2. Someplace that is clean and safe.

I'm not sure that any of them are going to be quiet since they are right in Times Square...I'd suggest the Royalton, but they are all excellent hotels!
