:jump: I love Leslie Sansone walkareobics....I have the one with the belt that goes around your waist...the one mile is 15 mins..you get a great workout even when you don't have time for the full 45 mins...

I'm a big fan of the Pilates Bodyband workout video from Gaiam - there are different resistance levels (bands) and modifications for beginners that you can follow to gradually work up to greater resistance, and it really sculpts your body and helps with flexibility without being too strenuous. I have also heard good things about the Crunch Fitness Fat Burning Pilates and Yoga (I just bought these and haven't had a chance to try them yet) and Winsor Pilates. I like these types of workouts because you can still get in a pretty good workout and feel you've accomplished something even if you can't get out to walk or jog (although you should probably try to supplement these with some type of cardio too), plus these are easy on the joints and low-impact - Pilates really makes you feel great!
Good luck to you!

I LOVE my Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds express. I have a 1, 2 & 3 mile
walk, so you can walk what you have time for...

Denise Austin has some post pregnancy videos. I have one called "Bounce Back after Baby". it's pretty good.

I have now tried both of these and can say that I really love them! The yoga is a bit tougher than the Pilates (IMO), and I think you'd have to follow the beginners modifications for a while to get the hang of it and not hurt yourself, but I think these are super. :jump:

My mom has worked out to Denise Austin on TV early in the morning for years. I think she's pretty good, although sometimes her voice is too honey sweet for me. :halo:
Most Pilates type videos would probably be very challenging and effective.

I personally have sworn by Tae-Bo for a few years now and just about a year ago added Weight Loss Yoga am and pm to my library. They are two very different workouts, but both work wonders for me and they are all short videoes except for the advanced. Good Luck :gvibes:
