I was just wondering if this was common place for sears customers. I called to have my water heater serviced(heating element went out) and was refused to fix it unless I had the money UP FRONT...they refused to bill me and when I filed a complaint who ever I talked to ..said that they had done nothing wrong and that it was "their policy" :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:
