I received an email for the 1 little prize I won last year(shoes.) I think it varies per sponsor according to other thread I've read here. :)

I have gotten wins through e-mail, UPS, regular mail, Fed Ex and some just show up on my doorstep. I like the ones the show up on my doorstep because it's a nice suprise and I don't have to wait around untill the prize comes after my win notification.
