Anyone familiar with this area? I have a family member who is considering relocating there. None of us are familiar with the area, so any information/opinions you could provide would be most appreciated - thanks!

I have a childhood friend who lives there. He loves it. Great schools. Close to major cities. Neat little amusement park, Holiday World, is close. Always top-rated!

There have been a few KISS Expos in Evansville, IN. There was also a KISS tribute album put out a few years ago that featured some Evansville, IN bands 'Covered With KISSes -
An Evansville Tribute To KISS'.

Why move here? It's not a bad place but not exactly a destination city.

OMG it's horrible. I stay away from the expressway and 41, too many stop lights.
