Anyone have FlyLady feather duster?

I get the emails and they alway talk about this. Anyone one buy theirs? Is it really better, or would a cheapy work as well? And is it worth buying the deluxe one? My house is a dusty place here in dry California, so am thinking about it.

I bought an ostrich feather one from Target for a lot cheaper than Flylady's. I think it was under $5. It seems to work as well as others have described about Flylady's. Of course it doesn't have the purple feathers. :-)

I belong to Flyladys newsletter too. I purchased a $1.00 Store feather duster..and believe it or not, it's the person behind the duster who really works!! One thing for sure, any duster is awesome and works!! That said, i would love to purchase one too, but my finances won't allow me too...Good Luck! :gvibes:

Where did you get your $1 one? $ 1 Store? I would rather spend a dollar anyway. That's why I asked because it sounds a bit expensive and I take a long time to decide when it costs that much-unless it IS that much better, but maybe not? I have to know it is really good and that I'm not wasting money. I mean, it gets to the point of do I really need it or will a rag do? Are they really all the same?

Hi Carolpie! yes, The dollar store, Mine are blue, then went back and bought a Pink one..they work great! You don't need a 26" extended one either. I duct taped my pink one to the top of my broom handle..now all I have to do is flip it upside down to use to reach the ceilings.. :gvibes:

Opps, forgot to add that I will never use a dusting rag again..I love the duster and it seeks out dust so easy. dusting cloths move the dust around.. my home .. :gvibes:

Thanks so much for all the info. You answered all the questions I had and I'm going to the Dollar Store-well, I don't know if we have them-have to see-or 99 Cent Store and see if they have them here. Glad you told me not to both about the extension and that you don't dust any other way now. :gvibes:

We have the Dollar General, family dollar, and just plain dollar Store..Hope you have one of these where you live?? I searched a lot looking for them and couldn't believe they were in the dollar Store all the time!! I love mine, and hope you will too!! Hope you find a store close by! Good Luck! :gvibes: :gvibes:
