Convention Registration Fees
$185 if paid registration is received prior to Monday, September 19, 2011
$210 if paid registration is received prior to Saturday, December 31, 2011
$235 if paid registration is received prior to Monday, July 9, 2012
Registration Drawing
At the convention we will draw a name from all registered convention attendees.
If the winner registered prior to Monday, September 19, 2011 the prize will be three paid room nights at the convention hotel.
If the winner registered prior to Saturday, December 31, 2011 the prize will be two paid room nights at the convention hotel.
If the winner registered prior to Monday, July 9, 2012 the prize will be one paid room night.
Registration Information/Restrictions
All convention registrants must be 13 or older to attend.
Registrations cannot be traded, sold or gifted.
Anyone attempting to attend the convention under any name other than his or her own will not be allowed to attend.
You must be present to win prizes at the 2012 convention.
Attendees and ticketed guests must wear their badges during all portions of the convention.
There will be great prizes given away at all sessions. Attendees who do not schedule their flights and hotels to allow them to attend the full convention run the risk of missing prize opportunities. The same risk is assumed by attendees who are late for any session.
Refunds
A full refund will be issued for requests received in writing/email prior to December 31, 2011.
A 50% refund will be issued for requests received in writing/email prior to April 15, 2012.
No refunds will be given after April, 15, 2012.
